Welcome to All Things Plumbing! We appreciate your interest in our plumbing services. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
All Things Plumbing provides plumbing services, including but not limited to leak repairs, drain cleaning, pipe installations, fixture replacements, and water heater services. All services will be performed in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
2. Estimates and Payment Terms
- Estimates: We provide estimates based on an initial assessment. Estimates are non-binding and may change if the scope of work changes.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card or check.
- Deposits: For large projects, a deposit may be required prior to beginning work.
- Late Payments: Unpaid balances are subject to a late fee of 3% per month.
3. Service Appointments and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to meet the scheduled time but cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Access to Property
Customers must provide access to the property during the scheduled service time. All Things Plumbing is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to limited access.
5. Warranty and Service Guarantee
- Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on labor for repair services. If a problem arises within this period, please contact us for an assessment.
- Parts and Materials Warranty: Parts and materials may have separate warranties from the manufacturer, which we will pass along to the customer if applicable.
- Warranty Limitations: Warranties do not apply to damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or work performed by others.
6. Limitations of Liability
All Things Plumbing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Disclosure of Known Issues: Customers must inform All Things Plumbing of any known issues with their plumbing system.
- Safety Precautions: Customers are responsible for removing any obstructions and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Prohibited Work: We reserve the right to refuse any work that poses a safety risk or violates local regulations.
8. Use of Subcontractors
At times, All Things Plumbing may use qualified subcontractors to perform specialized services. All subcontractors are bound by these Terms of Service.
9. Changes to Terms
All Things Plumbing reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA
